The Arkansas Realtors® Association blog is now open

At long last, The Arkansas Realtor® — the official blog of the Arkansas Realtors® Association (ARA) — is open for business.

Over the next few days (or weeks), you’ll notice the blog changing quite a bit as we tinker with the template, decide what information to post and when and everything else that comes with taking on a new project. It is our hope that Realtors in the Natural State — and anyone else interested in the real estate industry in this wonderful state — will find something of interest here.

We’re certain some regular features on this site will be articles from our quarterly trade publication, Realtor® ‘Rightings, and regular ARA publications such as the House to House columns, weekly and monthly housing market reports and other items that are issued by the ARA director of media relations. We hope to use this blog as a venue to communicate easily with members, too.

Check back often as there will be frequent updates. Feel free to comment on articles so we’ll know what we’re doing right (and wrong) and you can always reach Ethan C. Thanks for the comment, Bob. It’s rough right now, but we’ve got some things brewing that will, hopefully, make it take off and turn into a great way for our members to communicate with each other and the public.

Ethan, let me say what a pleasure it is to have ARA join our real estate network, Positive Real Estate Professionals.

We are here to help you master the tools that will gain you the exposure that you want.

With that said, I have to echo what the other commentators are saying that this is such a great idea from a media standpoint as you can reach so many more people with the power of the internet.
