		<description>While I understand that there are a couple of other programs available, as cited in the letter from the ADFA, it seems that this could be another valuable tool for potential homebuyers, many of the various housing markets, and the overall economy. The implementation timetable seems to be the stumbling block. I don&#039;t know if a streamlined process could (or should) be implemented but it is something to consider as it might help to alleviate the timetable constraints.</description>
