Activity to the smaller homes that attract 1st time buyers are allowing those sellers to move up to newer &amp; larger homes. This is allowing new  home construction to increase and has caused a renewed demand in the larger home segment. An extention of the 1st time credit will only help to stimulate the overall economy.</description>
