We got hit with some nasty weather here in central Arkansas, so there will be no average/median list prices and inventories covering four housing markets in the state today.

The Arkansas Realtors® Association is closed for business as is an MLS that provides some of the numbers for us every week. To tide you over, you can click here to take a look at last week’s report, marvel at the photo of my Toyota with six inches of snow around it or both.

We’ll post a new report as soon as the weather improves and everyone is back to work. So stay tuned!
