It is with great pleasure that PREP welcomes Debbie Malone of RE/MAX 1st Olympic in Lynchburg on board. I have known Debbie for almost a year and half and can personally vouch for her as a positive member of the Real Estate industry, an ethical lender that maintains her integrity, as well as a great person all the way around. Lynchburg is located along the banks of the James River, with the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains as a backdrop, it’s no wonder I’ve enjoyed living in the Lynchburg, Virginia area for the past twenty two years. Known as the Hill City, Lynchburg is the fifth largest Metropolitan Statistical Area in Virgina and was recently ranked #71 out of the top 100 places to do business in the country. With several colleges and universities and Civil Way history, Lynchburg has a rich past and it is a wonderful place to visit and relocate to.

I am licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Real Estate Agent. Associated  with RE/MAX 1st Olympic in Lynchburg since 2006, I work with both buyers and sellers. I specialize in residential, investment property and  land and have been certified in Short Sales and REO Foreclosures. I have achieved the RE/MAX Executive Club Award from 2006-2008.

My personal investing experiences have given me a unique perspective on the ups and downs of investing in the real estate market.
