Positive Real Estate Professionals

When we originally started Positive Real Estate Professionals, better known as PREP, we did it to combat all the negative media hyperbole that has been laid at the feet of the mortgage and Real Estate industries. We decided in the beginning that we would share and promote vendors that have the same positive outlook as we do and who know that neither of these markets are as bad as the media would have you believe. Well, PREP has reached a stage that for it to continue to grow, it must evolve. With that said, this evolution is not one that is going to take us away from our current goal. Instead, it is going to allow for us to expand the framework of PREP so that it can better service its vendors and readers alike. Once the new layout is launched, the vendors will have their own web page inside PREP. This way, you can read more from your favorite authors. Rich Dansereau and myself will also be writing 3 original articles per week that will be added to the site. In addition to our original articles, each Wednesday will feature an article per vendor in a blog carnival format that we think is a must read.

Some of the new features for the Realtors will be an Comparative Market Analysis form, a relocation form, and a Property Watch form. On top of those 3 forms, Realtors will also have access to add a BPO Request form. As for the loan officers, they will have access to a Rate Watch form as well as other forms specific to them. Title companies will have access to a Blanket Title Request form and appraisers will have a similar form available to them. Other vendors will also have access to order forms online as well. All vendors will have access to an individual interactive events calendar, a contact form, and tools that are pertinent to their business.
