Just the other day I was talking to a very good friend of mine, Fred Chamberlin. For those of you that do not know, Fred also known as the Eugene Loan Guy,  is a very prolific blogger that has 3 sites of his own as well as blogging here on Positive Real Estate Professionals. Fred’s knowledge of the FHA loans is unsurpassed as he provides a great wealth of knowledge on FHA, VA, and Conventional loans as well as his articles on the USDA Rural Developement loans. The problem was, he was not finding many that were active. It got me to thinking.
