Are you stuck on the outside looking in?
In today’s housing market, being stuck on the outside looking in is not a good feeling. The first step in changing this is to locate a competent and helpful lender, such as Fred Chamberlin. Once your lender obtains all the information that they need, then it is up to them to get you a pre-approval letter or either explain to you want you need to do in order to obtain that pre-approval letter. Once you are armed with a pre-approval letter, it is time to find the right Realtor® for you. The great thing about Realtors® is that they are different as 2 separate days. Whether you chose a Realtor® like Sandy Noll, Lori Palermo, Debbie Malone, Brigita McKelvie, Jodi Smith, Jenyse White, Sandy Price, Amy Grand, Carol Smith or a team like All Brokers™ Real Estate, each brings something different to the table. With that said, any of them would bring a desire to help you find the perfect house for you to make a home.
Once the Realtors® have done their thing and helped you find the house of your dreams and you made the offer and it was accepted, now it is time to make it your home. The first step to do that is to find a very thorough home inspector such as David Lelak or William Troutman. Having a home inspection might be one of the most important steps that you need to take. If there is just one piece of advice that you take away from this article, then let it be the importance of getting a home inspection prior to sealing the deal.
Once all of that is done, then you want to find the right Home Owner’s Insurance agent. Finding someone like Mitch Hanan would be a blessing t o you, so make sure that you search out the agent that has your best interest in mind.
Several months ago, the National Association of Realtors® put out the video below. I think that it is a fitting piece to this article. If you are ready to move foward with your home search, then please email us here at Positive Real Estate Professionals an we will work to help you find a professional to help you get started.
