Liz, you are correct as well. The problem with most people that need to do something is that they are afraid of what the outcome may be. The major problem with that thought pattern is that you will never know if it works for you or not.

Danny, when I started in school, we were still chipping rocks, no computers. However, I have taught myself to use computers and then blogging (with your help) and I have to say that it amazes me the number of people that can’t see the revolution that is all around them. Great article and good advice.

Bonnie, what I see way to much is people getting into blogging and talking about one thing and one thing only. People do not see them as a person, but as a business person, so they do not feel they can connect. Blogging about you is what opens that door and you guys do a great job at that.

I think that is one reason that we get a fair share of the home inspection in Atlanta, we started blogging right away and we put ourselves out there. People know our personality, what we look for during a home inspection, some of the items that we have found and even stuff about our family. It creates an instant relationship. It helps put us on common ground with so many of our clients. If you’re not getting business, like you said Danny, start blogging and chose a platform like Prep to help get you out there quickly.
