Atlanta Business Chronicle names RE/MAX Number One

In the latest edition of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Home Quarterly, published on March 26th, RE/MAX has enjoyed great success.

RE/MAX of Georgia, Inc, was named top Residential Real Estate Organization for the 19th year in succession with total Atlanta sales of 23,965 and a gross residential sales volume from closed transactions of $3,977,229,439.

In the Top 25 Residential Real Estate Companies category – RE/MAX had 10 winners, led by RE/MAX Greater Atlanta who came second overall in gross residential sales volume in Atlanta.

RE/MAX Around Atlanta was 8th (10th last year); RE/MAX Center was 13th (21st last year); RE/MAX Metro Atlanta, RE/MAX Executives and RE/MAX Town & Country were 16th, 17th, and 18th respectively; RE/MAX Advantage was 21st and RE/MAX Unlimited, RE/MAX Suburban Atlanta and RE/MAX Agents Realty came into the chart for the first time at 22nd, 24th and 25th respectively.

In the Top 25 Residential Real Estate Offices category – RE/MAX Greater Atlanta Intown was the highest placed RE/MAX office with $272,379,282 in closed transactions; RE/MAX Greater Atlanta Dunwoody was 4th; RE/MAX Greater Atlanta Affiliates of Roswell was 6th; RE/MAX Greater Atlanta Associates of Duluth was 11th; RE/MAX Center in Suwanee was 16th and RE/MAX Greater Atlanta – Northwest/Cobb in Marietta was 20th.
