I think this is good news. I understand that before they probably wanted only homeowners who were already behind to be able to participate as a safeguard to keep some questionably ethical people who didn’t really need the assistance from taking advantage of the system. Though some who might not be in as dire need might get this assistance I think that preemptive steps to prevent more homeowners from falling behind is a good move. It is very difficult for many people to dig their way out of financial hardship but easier to avoid those hardships if they are dealt with up front. I think this is a good change.

I think handwashing is the main thing that has helped me to avoid the seasonal flu. People could really help their health by this simple hygienic practice. And like Britney said above, if you are sick, stay home and get better rather than going to work and spreading it around!
