LoanCentral Comes To Keller Williams Kirkland

Author: In our effort to make the home buying process as seamless as possible, KW Kirkland is planning to add several core services to our Market Center, starting with LoanCentral!
The first added service offered will be to assist you with your lending needs. We now have the expertise of Wendy Charles and Wendy Mariani of LoanCentral. Both are CMPS or Certified Mortgage Planning Specialists. What does that mean to you? That means they are going to do more then just help you that day with a loan to buy a home. They will take the time to go over your goals with you, your plans for that home, your exit strategy, and then determine the absolute best loan to help you achieve your goals.

New to Blogging and Need Help
If you are new to ActiveRain or any other blogging platform you won't want to miss these classes. Danny & Rich are so knowledgable and the best part is they explain it in terms and words we all get!!
From the day that I started blogging, I have always thought that there needed to be a place that someone could turn to for input on what one needs to do to get started. I have scoured the internet high and low looking for this information. Finally, in disgust of not being able to find the information that I wanted, I decided to do something about it.
As of February 1, 2009, people now have a place to turn for this. We at R & D Art are proud to announce our new line of classes. We have a total of 10 available classes that are 45 minutes each with an additional 15 minutes set aside for questions and answers. The classes are $25 a piece or a total of $250 for all ten. There are several options for when the classes are being taught. This is a bigger benefit to you.

CLASS LISTINGS
Blogging 101 is an introduction into the world of blogging that teaches the basics. In this class you will learn to identify your audience, explore goal setting, and finding your voice.
Basic HTML Scripting is an introduction to HTML scripting.
Social Media 101 is an introduction into the world of social media. In this class, we will discuss the uses of social media and the important role it plays in marketing. We will also discuss the importance of creating a social media marketing strategy.

Facebook and Myspace Basics teaches you how to use these systems, including Best Practices for optimizing your efforts on them.
